Management team

Jonathan Harradine, Managing Director

Jonathan is one of the founding directors of the powerstation and has over 30 years' strategic marketing know-how.

During his time at the powerstation Jonathan has worked with signature clients including ACE Insurance, Aon, Bentley, De La Rue, Munich Re, Royal London, RSA, Rugby Expo and Zurich Insurance.

Before joining the powerstation, Jonathan was Head of Marketing and Communications at Zurich Insurance Group's Corporate Customer Division, where he was responsible for running global marketing and communication programmes directed at corporate customers.

Prior to this he was Head of Organisational Development for Zurich International (Group), where his responsibilities included strategic planning, change management, financial management and marketing communications. In these roles he also managed major customer and broker events which included Zurich's Customer and Broker Symposium.

In addition to having over 30 years' strategic marketing know-how, Jonathan is also a skilled trainer, facilitator and workshop leader.

Hayley leads the events side of the business and her project management skills are invaluable. She keeps everyone organised and ensures projects are delivered on time and to budget.

Before joining the powerstation Hayley worked as a Brand Champion for New Zealand Spirit brand, 42 Below Vodka. Her responsibilities included developing channel relationships, managing sales and marketing strategies and point of sale collateral.

Hayley has also worked for Hewlett Packard as Marketing and Product Manager in the Imaging and Printing Group where she was responsible for sales and marketing strategy, new product launches, marketing campaigns and collateral. As well as developing channel relationship and P&L management.
